Johns Hopkins University
I served as web and marketing specialist for the Johns Hopkins University’s Advanced Academic Programs, the many part-time graduate programs of its School of Arts and Sciences. I was hired to redesign, develop, and manage a new, more effective organizational website for its graduate programs. When the Marketing Manager departed, I was asked to step in to serve as Interim Marketing Manager for a semester, overseeing the production of print and web advertising, a marketing budget of $400,000, and reporting directly to the Associate Dean until a new Marketing Manager was hired. I then assisted a growing communications and marketing team with all marketing, recruitment, and web efforts and contributed to years of successful enrollment growth across several graduate programs. I coordinated with the IT and Web managers from the School of Business and the School of Engineering to adopt a common web content management system platform across websites for the respective schools.
